As one of Maryland’s 19 Youth Services Bureaus, EBCC operates the East Baltimore Youth and Family Services Bureau, (EBYFS) a voluntary and community-based prevention and early intervention program located on the campus of Sojourner-Douglass College in Baltimore City. The Youth and Family Services Bureau provides counseling and support services for youth under 18 years of age and their families, with the goal of promoting youth development and preventing juvenile delinquency. EBYFS also provides youth and their families with cultural activities, employment opportunities, and educational referrals.

Our partners include the Department of Juvenile Services, Parole and Probation, the Baltimore City Child Protective Services, and other community-based programs.
