The GATE (Gaining Access to Training and Employment), the employment and training component of East Baltimore Community Corporation is committed to servicing residents within Baltimore City, offering an array of services & resources that will prepare them for productive employment.  The East Baltimore Community Corporation has provided job readiness, training, placement and customized training services since 1972.

The GATE program functions as the point of entry for all job related activities. We have trained residents for employment options in construction, computer technology, front desk dental health care and dental assistants.  We also create customized job training for employers.
