The East Baltimore Community Corporation/Reflective Treatment Out Patient Methadone Program is seeking highly motivated family oriented individual who have working knowledge of the system of alcoholism or drug addiction prevention, treatment and rehabilitation; of basic counseling and interviewing skills and techniques. Ability to learn; to follow oral and written instructions; to prepare clear, concise written and oral reports, to relate effectively with patients, their families and fellow workers; to understand the illness concept of drug addicts; to demonstrate an emphatic attitude towards drug addicts; to relate effectively with patients and their families and fellow workers; to understand the illness concept of drug addicts; to function under close supervision; to assume responsibility and to demonstrate initiative under general supervision; to provide guidance to subordinate counselors; to function independently.
