The East Baltimore Community Corporation/Reflective Treatment Center is seeking a highly motivated family oriented individual who has prior experience as a Data Coordinator.
Individuals interested in Data Coordinator must be highly organized, pay close attention to details, have good analytical skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Able to work under limited supervision and Perform Additional Duties assigned by Office Manager/Program Director.
CHARACTERISTICS OF POSITION:
The Data Coordinator is primarily responsible for State Maryland Automated Record Tracking (SMART) System Utilization Program and work with staff to insure the accurate recording of the admission and discharge information. Assemble records and report SMART data on a monthly basis to (Alcohol Drug Abuse Administration) ADAA; work with the Office Manager in preparing Statistical Reports and any other requested reports. In the absence of the Office Manager, Data Coordinator is responsible for providing supervision to other members of the Administrative Support team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONS: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalence certificate.
EXPERIENCE: Three years experience calculating and recording financial, statistical or other numerical data.
Previous experience with State Maryland Automated Record Tracking (SMART) Data Entry System.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 – 45 words per minute.
Experience working with Microsoft Office 2007, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook

Must be Drug Free/Alcohol Free
No Criminal Background
Must have good oral and written communications skills
Must be Computer Literate
Willing to work Mornings and Evenings as required
